We accept most health care medical insurance plans including Cigna, Coventry, Medicare & Medicaid, TriCare and others. For DOT Physical Fitness-for-Duty Certification, Care for the Uninsured, Businesses, and private individuals without insurance, we provide medical care for YOU TO SEE A PHYSICIAN for ONLY $59. Multiple unrelated diagnoses may be extra (less than 5% of the time!). This fee includes the physician visit, exam and any referrals or prescriptions. Acute Injury Care as well as any procedures, x-rays, labs, follow-up care, etc. are additional. These additional medical services are provided hassle-free through our relationship with Augusta Health Care Center.
