Gold Member Weight Loss Plan |
$70 EFT | Our Gold Plan includes a doctor's visit and three B12 Shots per calendar month. Gold Plan members accept a 6 month minimum commitment for an Electronic Fund Transfer of $70 on the first of every month. Gold Plan Members also receive EKGs and TSH checks for $30 when the doctor and law requires them. Non-Gold Member Clients receive a Doctor visit and one B12 complex Shot for $67 or MD Visit and three B12 Shots for $91. Gold Members save at least $21 or 30% per month plus $9 or 23% on the EKG and TSH the time or two that they are needed! |
