We accept most medical insurance plans including Medicare & Medicaid. For DOT CDL Fitness for Duty Exams, Care for the Uninsured, Businesses, and private individuals without insurance, we provide medical care for $59 and up. This fee includes the physician visit, exam and any referrals or prescriptions. Any procedures, x-rays, labs, follow-up care, etc. will be invoiced separately.

FLEXIBLE PROCEDURES!
One example of our flexibility: We can immensely decrease your time, costs and risk when you simply direct the prospective new-hire to go see the Company Doctor initially for a drug test. Whether the prospect passes or fails, we can inform you immediately by fax, phone or email while the patient waits.
Some employers are happy just knowing the Drug Screening results for $25. That is fine and we are done, if that is all you wish.
At this point of the visit, your company may have standing orders that allow us to better serve your specific needs at no additional charge; for instance.... You may direct us to provide specific instructions on your behalf; for example, "The H.R. folks thank you and will call you if they are interested in proceeding with your employment."

If they pass the $25 drug screening test, we can give them additional new hire information, forms, etc. and direct them to call you.
-OR-
If the prospect passes the $25 drug screening test, the employer may wish to proceed with a Pre-Employment Physical Exam or DOT CDL Fitness for Duty Exam for $59.

Wellness Fairs are tailored to your particular firm's wishes and needs. For instance... We come to your business for a half or whole day and only require
reimbursement of the medical assistant's hourly wage. The most popular combination of tests are Finger stick for Glucose, Body Mass Index (weight for height formula), and Vital Signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate) and we invoice a nominal fee of $4 per employee. However, if your company refers 100 or more employees for any combination of Drug Testing, Pre-employment Physical Exams, and/or DOT Physicals, we will come to your facility and provide a Wellness Fair for FREE!
We have local companies who have received substantial, insurance rate adjustments, because the insurance carrier experiences less cost for doing business with the firm. Moreover, you will experience immediate savings on medical services that your company regularly requires and which directly effect your bottom line in many ways.
